The extended and final chapter of Lost in a Forest presented as part of our series of experiential degustations, The Immersive Table. Our guests were immersed into an enchanted forest taking “a feast for the senses” to new dimensions. Across five courses curated by Robin Wagner, diners explored the interplay between texture, taste, sound and the environment around them.

The first chapter in a series of experiential degustations by Aurora at ILA. Booking out within 48 hours, 50sqm of LED screens and foregrounding guests transported guests to an enchanted forest and taken on a journey from day to night throughout a 5 Course Degustation curated by Executive Chef Robin Wagner.
