DEGUSTATION MENU

Degustation style, enjoy a selection of the kitchens favourite dishes, paired for flavour and balance with the option of additional beverage matching for 75 per person.

We can accomodate to Vegetarian, Vegan and Coeliac diets with prior notice.

Many of our dishes are crafted to be suitable for those with coeliac disease or following a gluten-free diet, we can also make accommodations for vegan and vegetarians. Other dietary needs may be able to be catered to with suitable notice however we recommend a la carte for anyone requiring flexibility with their choices.

BEVERAGES & BRING YOUR OWN

Drinks at Aurora have been hand picked with a focus on like-minded producers. Enjoy a range of bespoke cocktails, beers, wines and spirits. We also offer non-alcoholic, vegan and biodynamic choices.

If you have a special bottle of wine you wish to bring, please let us know in advance. We charge a $40 per bottle corkage fee.
